LAREDO, Texas – Local families are invited to an evening of food, games, and community spirit as H.B. Zachry Elementary hosts its highly anticipated "Jamaica" festival.
The event is scheduled for Thursday, January 22, running from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM. The festivities will take place on the school grounds located at 3200 Chacota St.
